(Centre / Office hours)

Responsibilities:

Responsible to handle patients in basic treatments and dressing in the Specialist Out-Patient Clinic setting (Eye / Heart / O&G  Centres).
Educate patients on the disease progress
Encourage self-management
Identify at-risk patients
Perform some outcome management and tracking of data.
Perform office hours duties
5 days
Nursing admin positions available too (office hours)
Location: Centre / West


Requirements:

Nitec in Nursing / Diploma in Nursing from recognised institutions
Singapore Nursing Board recognised nurse / Registered with SNB
Fresh registered Enrolled Nurse / Staff Nurse can apply!
Good knowledge of computer software applications: Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Good communication, interpersonal skill and a team player
Additional experience with cross-functional / multi-disciplinary teams will be beneficial.
