Clinic Assistant

Responsibilities

    * To assist doctors with day-to-day clinic management
    * Administrative support in all aspects of clinics operations e.g. reception, registration, dispensing medicine, cashiering etc
    * Assist doctors in simple clinic procedures including chaperone when necessary
    * Act as patient advocate and assist patients with their queries and booking of appointments
    * Be involved in any other tasks as directed by doctors

Requirements

    * Minimum 'O' Level
    * Preferably with prior working experience in GP/Specialist clinic
    * Able to speak Mandarin and English
    * PC literacy
    * Able to work independently as well as a team
    * Willing to learn and adaptable to change
